West Bengal Health
Recruitment Board (WBHRB), Kolkata has released an employment notification for
recruitment to 3135 posts of General Duty Medical Officer in the Cadre of the
West Bengal Health Service (Basic Grade) under Health & Family Welfare Department,
Government of West Bengal. Eligible candidates may submit online application
from 1st December to 14th December 2015.

Age Limit:
Upper age limit is 32
Years as on 1st January, 2015. Relaxation in age limit will be given by 5 years
for SC and ST candidates of West Bengal, by 3 years for OBC candidates of West
Bengal.
Education Qualification:
Candidate must possess
Medical qualifications included in the First or Second Schedule or Part-II of
the Third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 and Candidate should
be registered as Medical Practitioner in West Bengal.

Application fee charges
are Rs. 210/- which should be pay through duplicate challan at Bank Counter in
any branch of Banks participating in the GRIPS (Govt. Receipt Portal System),
Govt. of West Bengal. Duplicate challan will be generated after filling up the
online application Form. Govt. Receipt Head of Account is “0051-00-104- 002-16”.
