Age Limit as on 01.01.2015:
Minimum age limit is 18
years for all categories and upper age limit is 37 years for General Category,
42 years for Scheduled Caste & OBC categories and 45 years for Govt
Employees.
Education Qualification:
- Candidate must possess Graduate Degree from any recognized University/ Institution as per UGC guidelines.
- Must have studied Punjabi up to Matriculation.
- Candidate must also possess one hundred and twenty hours course with experience in the use of Personal computer on Information Technology. OR 'O' Level certificate in Computer Information Technology.
Selection Process:
Selection will be made
through Typing Test in Punjab where applicants have to type 300 words at speed
of 30 words per minute in 'Assess or Joy Font'.
Application Fee:
Application fee charges
are Rs.600 for General Category, Rs.150 for SC/BC, Rs.100 for Ex-servicemen and
Rs.300 for PWD candidates. Application fee may be deposited at any branch of
State Bank of India.
How to Apply:
Eligible candidates may
apply online through website of PSSSB www.punjabsssb.gov.in from 7th December 2015
to 6th January 2016 till 5.00 pm. Candidates have to upload scanned images of
all required documents, passport size photograph, signature with application
form.
