- Mechanical: Candidate must hold Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical: Candidate must hold Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Instrumentation: Candidate must hold Degree in Engineering or Post Graduate Degree / Post Grad. Diploma / M.Sc. (Technology) in Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication / Instrumentation & Electronics
- Finance & Accounts: Chartered Accountant / Cost & Management Accountant / Full time MBA with specialization in Financial Management
